I started my company in the Hudson Valley in a converted barn, on a beautiful family farm. The name “Sawkill Co.” is a tribute to the beautiful Sawkill a stream that runs through the property. Sawkill Co. is a woman owned sole proprietorship. The company was founded to sell museum quality prints on archival paper and hand embellished giclee’s on canvas, to both residential and commercial buyers. Every print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and can be shipped anywhere in the world for free.

 

The American Icon Series

This series of museum quality prints is based on the absurd idea of taking items from your junk drawer, things found in your attic, or just items we encounter every day and elevate them to a type of iconic, monolithic presence. Due to their scale and straightforward positioning in the frame, they have a way of confronting the viewer. They are equally admired by critics and the public alike.
